My name is Jessica Holland.
I am an intuitive Spiritual Guide, Bufo Facilitator and Entheogenic Integration Specialist
I guide people through sacred Bufo (5-MeO-DMT) ceremonies, retreats, and integration—offering a compassionate, trauma-informed approach rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and embodiment work.
My role is to hold you in safety and reverence as you journey inward—whether in a one-on-one session, a veteran retreat, or during ongoing integration. Together, we work to soften defenses, heal what’s stored in the body, and help you remember your innate wholeness.
This is sacred work—gentle, grounded, and deeply human.
The word entheogen comes from the roots en (within), theos (divine or God), and gen (to generate or bring forth)—meaning “to generate the divine within.”
Bufo, often called toad medicine, is classified as an entheogen rather than a psychedelic. While psychedelics tend to create visual or hallucinogenic experiences, Bufo works differently. It dissolves the sense of separation, offering a direct encounter with pure awareness or the divine essence within.
The journey itself is brief—typically lasting about 20 to 30 minutes—yet it can open profound states of healing, release, and remembrance.
I facilitate sacred Bufo ceremonies in Dunedin, Florida, and travel regularly to serve established communities in Pittsburgh, Central New York, Portland (Maine), Concord (New Hampshire), Sedona, Asheville, and Baltimore.
With 6 or more journeyers I will come to your town.
