This program was born out of my own experience.

Years ago, I found myself in a place where my system wasn't ready for another deep dive with Bufo, a large psilocybin journey, or ayahuasca. I wasn't looking for a breakthrough experience. What I needed was gentle, grounded support that would work with my nervous system rather than potentially dysregulating it.

I began growing and working with different strains of psilocybin and experimenting with microdosing in a way that felt safe, and supportive. Over time, I noticed subtle shifts in awareness. Patterns I hadn't seen before began to emerge. Belief systems, emotions, and protective strategies slowly came into view in a way that didn't overwhelm me. 

The microdoser's journal grew out of that experience.

The prompts included in this program have been developed over years of personal exploration and through supporting hundreds of individuals on their own journeys into deeper connection with themselves. They are designed to help gently uncover what may be hidden beneath the surface while providing practical tools for self-reflection, nervous system regulation, and integration as new insights arise.

This is not about chasing a single dynamic experience. It is about creating the conditions for meaningful change through small, consistent steps.
