At the core of my work is the understanding that we are not one fixed personality, but rather a dynamic inner system made up of many “parts.” Some parts are confident, motivated, or nurturing. Others carry wounds like fear, shame, grief, or anger and often operate in the background, influencing our lives without us realizing it.
This approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a compassionate, evidence-based model that helps us build a bridge between our conscious awareness and the exiled parts of ourselves that have been pushed into the shadows.
Drawing from Carl Jung’s concept of the shadow, we understand these parts as aspects of ourselves that were once rejected or repressed often because, as children, we were taught (implicitly or explicitly) that certain emotions, expressions, or traits were unsafe or unlovable. But within these shadow parts often lie hidden gifts: creativity, sensitivity, assertiveness, even spiritual insight that are waiting to be reclaimed.
Working with sacred medicines like Bufo or through practices like microdosing, the subconscious often rises to the surface. This can be a powerful and illuminating process and it can also be disorienting, especially if old traumas or unknown parts emerge quickly and without support.
That’s where this work comes in.
Together, I walk with you to gently meet, listen to, and reintegrate these parts using IFS and other somatic, trauma-informed tools. We don’t force anything. We create a safe and sacred space where all parts are welcome. Especially the ones you’ve spent a lifetime trying to ignore, fix, or outrun.
This is a homecoming to your Self, a return to wholeness, clarity, and deep self-compassion.

"Instead of being blended with my younger wounded parts, I could see them as individual parts of me. I could see myself standing there strong. It was a profound shift."
"All of these conversations and experiences that we have together are helping me tremendously to discover more about myself and become a more whole version of who I am so that I can get through these dark moments. It's helping a lot."
"For the first time, I could see my wounded parts without becoming them. I felt connected to myself in a way I never had before, and it helped me move through some very dark moments with greater understanding and compassion."
"These conversations have helped me incredibly. I'm discovering more about myself, understanding parts of me that I've carried for years, and becoming a more whole version of who I am. Even in my darkest moments, this work has helped me find greater clarity, strength, and connection to myself."
"I can be like, 'No, I don't want to do that. That doesn't feel right, and I'm not going to do that.' So it's empowering. It's empowering to understand that I have a choice."
